Prblm: i'm very swt@hrt n hurt EASILY. I hate grudges coz i cnt pretend wen sumthn's wrng tho i dont verbally fight against it (confront), i js fake smiles or dodge n avoid. Al dis alows ppl 2abuse me emosionally, dey throw demslvs around me coz dey knw i wont get mad- i.e. deyr unhapy n moody 2day den difrent d nxt day n den i hav 2go wit the flow. I cry al d tym of dis. I NEED HELP *

i can totally relate 2 wat u saying, im exactly the same. I cant find courage 2 stand up 4 myself and bcoz of that ppl just go on picking on me. I think u just have 2 remember that God loves u and u can do all things through Christ who gives u strength. dont allow ppl 2 walk all over u, and dont sit still wit a smile on ur face wen ur not happy about sumthing! coz then ur just making urself a target. i know its easier said thn dne bt if u really need help plz take my advise. God gve u a mouth so speak out! *
